In summer can be warm in Hungary, airco is present at location but it can still be advised to dress not too warm.
Don't forget shoes in which you can dance!
Wedding gifts:
The most important gift for us is that you'll be present at our wedding day in Hungary.
For anyone who'd like to give a wedding gift there will be opportunity to do so after cake time in preference of an envelope to contribute to the wedding.
Hungarian wedding traditions to consider
- In the evening the bride will change to a red dress.
- After changing the dress there will be an opportunity to dance with the bride, however everyone has to pay a small fee (or wedding gift) to the bride. The last one to dance with the bride will be the groom.
- Around midnight there will be a 2nd dinner, it's served as buffet so the party doesn't stop.
- During dinner if someone starts ticking the plates with knife & fork the Bride & Groom need to kiss.
